We currently ship within Canada, the USA, the UK, and Germany.

For Calgary customers (T2 postal codes):
• Free local pickup available near Confederation Park (T2M 3P7)
• Reduced flat-rate delivery: $7 CAD

Canada (outside Calgary):
• Flat rate: $12–15 CAD depending on weight
• Free shipping on orders over $120 CAD (limited-time offer)

USA:
• Flat rate: $18 CAD
• Ships via Canada Post with tracking
• Typical delivery time: 5–9 business days

UK & Germany:
• Flat rate: $28 CAD
• Ships via Canada Post/partner couriers
• Typical delivery time: 7–12 business days

All orders ship carbon-neutral with recyclable packaging. You’ll receive a tracking link once shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

To be eligible for return:
• Product must be unused, clean, and in original packaging
• You’ll be responsible for return shipping (unless the product is defective)
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item

We do not accept returns on:
• Used yoga mats or blocks (for hygiene reasons)
• Local pickup items after hand-off (unless defective)
